Description
Monitors the Cisco Presence server performance metrics like CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, Disk Utilization, Virtual Memory Usage and monitors statistics like IM sessions, Inbound SIP Subscriptions, Outbound SIP Subscriptions, Connected XMPP clients.
Prerequisites
Ensure that the API is available by accessing the URL https://<server>:<port>/perfmonservice/services/PerfmonPort?PerfmonListCounter, And also add SNMP and SOAP credentials against the device in OpsRamp portal.
How to Apply: This template is All instance selection based. It will not ask user to select any instance (s) while assigning it to a device.
Metric Parameters
