Description
This template monitors Cisco Contact Center Express related metrics.
Prerequisites
Gateway should be up and running. Cisco Contact Center Express device should be reachable from Gateway. Gateway Management profile should be added to the device. HTTP type credentials should be added against the device in the portal.
